Brief Advice / Brief Interventions are well-evidenced & highly-effective methods of promoting better health and wellbeing for clients, friends, families and colleagues through structured conversations.

This training is based around Making Every Contact Count which is designed to equip all staff with the confidence, knowledge & communication skills required for them to discuss behaviours such as smoking, obesity, alcohol, lack of physical activity & a poor mental wellbeing.

The training is designed to give you the skills to support & signpost people to adopt & maintain a healthier lifestyle.
